I started yoga on and off years ago, but I really didn’t get into yoga until the pandemic, when I realized that I needed to do something to help me not only physically but mentally. It was also around that time that I realized how important it is for your body to have good alignment. As a nurse practitioner, I see all too often how misalignment and lack of balance can cause long term effects. It wasn’t until 3 years later that I was told about BYN and I quickly fell in love with yoga and all that yoga stood for. I did teacher training just to learn more about yoga and it changed me on a mentally, emotionally, and spiritually level.
